Never order again absolute waste of money

I regret buying it

Not much help. Can only use standing up with head tilted forward. Save your money and use an old leather belt and screw driver to hold the plate on.

it basically does what it claimed

construction is OK even though it makes you not quite comfortable; I wear a touque underneath and feel much better. There is absolutely some room for manufacture to improve this product

Not bad

Fits alright, the inside cheap wool like lining was not the best option in my opinion. Other than that it works. It will build your neck fine especially for the price.

Neck training.

The fit can be uncomfortable takes a little adjusting. Does what it’s supposed to do.

Broke after 2 uses

Terrible do not buy. Came apart after two uses of only using a 20 lb weight plate.

Very strong

Since I lost my arms I have needed a way to carry things around with my head. This helps a lot but it can be tough setting it up with only my feet.
